I hope you enjoy this video! One note: the little numbers that pop up in the bottom-left corner are references. By matching the number to the ones at the bottom of the description you can find where a piece of information comes from in the video.

    There's a B in submarine. It's not pronounced "summarine".

Just for clarification FA or Fast Attack subs don't shoot missles like the boomers. FA's shoot everything from its torpedo tubes(ASROC) etc whose primary job is to find and sink enemy subs. Hot Bunking is standard on fa's. Streaming wire for convocation don't use buoys cuz they can be found. Torpedoes don't go off in crashes they have to be armed.

Hmm, I don't know if North Korea has Nuclear capable Subs. Don't they still use diesel subs that are pretty old? Unless China is helping them militarily.

  • The Last Confederate Soldier

Fun fact:the first submarine ever made was made by the Confederacy. And it was called "The Pressure Cooker." Due to the rubber gasket keeping water out. Sadly, the sub was destroyed shortly after being created on its maiden voyage to kill an American warship.

Imagine being in the submarine when something goes wrong. You have a basically 100% chance of death and there’s nothing you can do about it except wait for the oxygen to run out. That’s really scary.

Submarines do not need to launch ICBM. Is enough if they can get close enough to enemies shore.

Just the overall floor plan and living quarters compared to a ship with a flight deck looks like an ant farm. The desserts are about the only bad food on a carrier.
