Knock two sticks in the ground and hang your boots upside down on them. It’ll keep them dry inside the boots. It’s a great solution too keeping your boots dry. 💖🙏🇬🇧❤️🇬🇧

Kind of a dumb question I guess but I noticed you always put down a thin piece of plastic under your tents to keep it clean. It looks very light weight. Anything special or just a lightweight piece of plastic? Great for backpacking weight. Was wondering if you ever put down a heavier footprint for any reason or is this thin plastic all you need.

As far as a bug out bag I keep my meds, snacks, water, pens, paper, chargers for phone and kindle, flashlight, knife, batteries…but I’ll stay in place if my place can be safe for awhile or I’ll stay in my car if I can move it. My apt and my car can hold more stuff like food and bed.

I feel like I live in a tree-house. All of these trees surround my windows, i just sent you a message about the snowstorm, the tree are covered in snow, so it's easy to imagine I'm there.
