I just thought that 22 became a new born baby since she had to gain a personality to be able to go to earth. And along with that she kept being partnered up with "soulmate" so she was never born at all and so once she gets her earth pass she's just a new born baby

How about all of them!(Spirituality) souls are who we are- depending on our experiences on earth, (good or bad) we will either be able to say in heaven or reincarnate if good. (If bad, our souls go back to earth <reincarnate> until you learn the lessons you haven't learned.) Anyway- souls can reincarnate multiple times, meaning that 22 could've been all of those characters :D(Spirituality is not a religion- just saying so no arguments about religion happen-)

I'm pretty sure souls don't fall into and posess pre-existing bodies. When 22 jumped to Earth, she was born as a baby.
